Lisa Rowley
If you are feeling overwhelmed, lonely, anxious, angry, confused, or depressed, know that you are not alone. As someone who understands the challenges that come with struggling with difficult emotions, I will provide you with a warm, supportive, and safe space where you can explore your feelings without fear of judgment. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and supported, no matter how big or small their issues may seem.
Therapist
A qualified therapist, registered with a governing body, committed to and maintaining their ongoing personal development.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and emotions. Through our conversations, we can work together to identify the root causes of your struggles and develop a plan to address them. This may involve exploring coping strategies and techniques to help you manage your emotions more effectively, or finding ways to improve your overall well-being and quality of life.
I am here to listen to you with an open mind and help you explore your feelings in a safe and supportive way.
Remember, you do not have to face your challenges alone. Together, we can work towards finding a path forward that feels empowering, fulfilling, and hopeful.
